Warning light...CPS?????

Ok, so the service engine soon light is on on the 2000 PSD, more info in the sig. Anyhu, the light is on, so I am thinking CPS, but the engine has never cut out(besides when I stall it). Should I just go ahead and replace it? Thanks

I haven't heard of many bad cps's trigger the SES. You need to get the codes read to be sure.
Having a spare is a great idea.

mine triggered SES light. Is it running rough/cutting out/ect.
