Mileage imfo

Maybe some of the guys would be able to tell me what I can expect for mileage,
on the 6.0L 4x4 . The dealer wasn't much help. And no posting from EPA on
This Diesal.

Grizz49 welcome to the 6.0 forum of FTE.

Go to the mileage sticky at the beginning of the 6.0 forum for a huge disparitity in MPG results. Lots and lots of reading.

Personally, I get 13.5 - 14 city & 16.5 - 17 hywy. But, I am not exactly conservative in my driving habits...If you know what I mean.

I'm getting around 13.5 city and hiway driving .
CC LB SRW 4X4 6.5" lift on 315 75 16 and 65 hp Predator

I get 12.5 - 13 mpg city.......... 15.5 - 16 mpg hwy. I am running 285/70's and the predator on the 65 hp setting.

I have an 04 f-250 crew cab with 6700 miles. I made some modifications at 5500 miles..3.73 gears - 35" tires - 5.5" lift and now get the following:

13-14 highway
11 city
5-6 towing (27' trailer)

before my modifications I averaged 14-15 highway, and around 8 towing. I am not sure if this is the norm..but ford has assured me that there is nothing wrong with it ( I have taken it in twice).
