Where does the 6.4L fall on the hierarchy of EPA compliance? Also, what about the 6.7? Is it the same, just a different method? Or is it that much of a step up?
Wow! Really? Our tractors have been Tier 3 for a few years. They are going up to Interim Tier 4 right now. I didn't realize Ford (or the on-road "light duty" diesels in general) was that far behind.
If the 6.4L is T2 where does that put heavy service on-road diesels (Semi's etc)? Aren't they supposed to be pretty far along in EPA compliance?
Is the 6.7 Tier 3 compliant then? A lot of the ag manufacturers are switching to DEF this round for IT4. Or maybe the 6.7L is skipping T3 and going right to IT4/T4?
