plugging thermactor holes

plugging thermactor holes
I have the 351m heads and i wanted to plug the thermactor holes. what holes do i need to plug? and whats the best way to go about it? i saw a few threads on this but they didnt paint a clear picture for me. do you just plug the holes by the exhaust valves? or are there others to plug? it looks like one exhaust valve on each side doesnt have a hole but the rest do. just want to be clear on the procedure all help is greatly appreciated.
