Glow plug relay
Did a search here when I was having cold start problems. May put the blame on the glow plugs or the glow plug relay. As stated in those post the relay from the dealer was $100.. Found NAPA had them for $79.99.
Did a EBAY search and found this. EBAY Item # 7948394029
Or do a search under user name Accuratediesel.com!
This guy also tells you how to test it.
I bought The relay and a set of glow plugs for $109.25 + $5.50 for shipping.
They where delivered in 3-4 day's and just the relay fixed the problem.
Just wanted to hook up some of you with same ploblem.

I will not run anything but Motorcraft glow-plugs. I have heard to many horror story's about people having to pull the head to get out broken off plugs. If you want to solve your glow plug relay problem forever get a Stancor PN# 586-902. They are more expensive but they are much heavier duty than the stock one or any replacement out there.
