Your Ford wheel bolt pattern is 8x6.5". The center hole on the wheels is about 4 7/8". Aftermarket wheels can be as large as 5.2" on the center hole size.
If the 2001 Dodge uses the same wheels as the earlier model Dodges with 8x6.5" bolt pattern, then yes, you can use the Dodge wheels on your Ford. The Chevy wheels of that era were the weird ones with too small a center hole size to fit either Ford or Dodge, but Ford and Dodge wheels will go on a Chevy, of the early era.
For greatest accuracy, measure accross the bolt circle, from one stud center to the opposite stud center on the other side of the circle. Should be 6.5" to work your truck. The new metric size is 170mm (on Fords anyways), which is about 6.7", so measure carefully.
