I'm not 100% sure, but if I had to guess I would say they won't fit your truck. I've been wrong before!

No the 99 dodge should have a metric pattern, and I think your truck is an inch pattern.

Like fishy said, they will fit, b/c both have 8x6.5" Bolt Pattern. Even older model chevy 3/4 and 1 tons have the same BP

Just like the older model dodges, 73-96 Ford 1/2 tons, Jeep CJs, and I want to say one more all have the same bolt pattern of 5x5.5

I see that the bolt pattern is correct, but doesn't Dodge run very little back spacing?

Don't forget the center hole. It varies between manufacturers and Ford likes the big center hole.

fishman chart

the chart you posted does not specify, what inch tires are involved, I would like to find a rim for my 93 f150,, that is bigger than 15 inches with the 5x5.5 bolt pattern 18 inches would be a nice size

yes the dodge rims wil fit. dodge and chevy and ford all have 8x6.5 untill 1999 when ford only switched to 8x170mm. The hub hole is just fine as Chevy rims (IE H2 rims) have a smaller hub hole and need to be bored out.
