I have a 98 Expy with thr 5.4. I put a 3 inch body lift on it, so now I can get right to the headers with no problem at all. Just take the wheel off. hehe
Also, im running duals with no mufflers. In most states like Virginia, Cats are required but mufflers arent. Makes an awesome sound too.
