Clutch adjustment 91 explorer

Sorry this is so simple, but I need to know how to adjust the clutch in my 91 explorer. Is it a push or pull? It suddenly went from halfway disengage to floorboard ALMOST disengage and I need to do the work, if possible.

Any suggestions?

I thought these were non-adjustable hydraulic clutches. What does the fluid level look like?

Check fluid level in master cylinder resevior, make sure it is full, then bleed clutch according to procedure in Haynes Manual; that may resolve it or you could have a leak in the slave cylinder or bad master cylinder.
