Cold Starting Problems

1995 F350 Dually 7.3 Power Stroke - starts fine in warm weather but as temps approach the 40's it is hard to start. Wait to start light indicator works fine but on cold mornings I have to activate multiple times and also leave the ignition activated for about a 60-90 seconds before it will start. After the engine warms it will start with no problems. It has original glow plugs and it has about 125000 miles on it. Do you think it is the glow plugs or the relay?

If it was the relay I doubt it would start at all with engine cold. So I think you have several burned out glow plugs and/or wiring harness's under the valve cover.

im going for the glow plugs, but if your gonna get into changing them may as well do the relay and not worry about it for another 100k plus.
