I am presently ay Nellis AFB, Las Vegas NV. If things go right towards my retirement from the Air Force, my '53 F-100 and I will be hitting the highway on 15 July for Loranger, La. My wife has already bought almost 3 acres of land and everyone is invited to show up at my property for a crawfish boil and house raising party. Beer to be served AFTER the house is built!!! Are there any clubs where people get together and just hit the road in a convoy and go somewhere? I just missed one here in Vegas where I was invited to join in the procession of about 15 other classics and drive to California to have lunch. After eating and cleaning the cars and trucks, we were to just head back. Keep me posted on things like this and I will join in when I get back home. Oh yea, born and raised in Houma.

All I can say is just keep your eyes open, and look at old country houses, old farms, things like that, I always see trucks around places like that, usually never in town.
