Help with axle tag info.

Help with axle tag info.
I am trying to install a ford 9" rear end in my 54 F100 and have been trying to decipher the axle tag code. Top line looks like WDM S. There may be a letter between the M and the S, (distorted). Second line reads 3.25 
D 313.
Can anyone help me figure this code out?

Thanks Madathlon Any help is appreciated. Kind of new at this stuff. I figured the 3.25 was the gear ratio but have no idea what all the other numbers are.. This forum is the greatest isn't it. I have learned a lot just reading the threads.
