Hey Kai, It's good to hear from you. How long has it been? I was thinking about where you had gone the other day. Another oldie that is AWOL is Blitzkraig. Have you still got that super-sized Lokar shifter in the truck? Or did you pull that out too and put it in the Mustang? Prob not, because you would prob need a hole in the roof. LOL Welcome back, John
Hey Kai, great to hear from you! Nice plans for the SBF engine as well. Keep us posted and don't worry about the progress - a snail would be beating me right now.
Fergie..."Save the Whales...collect the whole set"...very nice! I always thought it was better stated "save the Ales" though!
... I am currently on your side of the big lake and have another bag of stuff I'll carry home coming Monday. Just flew from Hartford, CT via Chicago to Seattle and had a TCI Torque Converter in my luggage. Boy, the TSA guys took that bag apart. It just looked very stupid on their scanner I guess.
That should be the last parts I needed to put the Mustang engine back together. Than it is time again for the F100. Finally.
Back in the 70's I flew out of Winnipeg, Man. with a Toyota Celica master cylinder from a Wpg local wrecking yard in my luggage. Weird tubular looking affair with severel cut off brake lines running off it. Imagine how that looked in the Xray machine......
