Help with 460
I have a 1983 F350 with a Stahl service body. The engine was repl;aced before I bought the truck. When I went to the parts store for tune-up parts they gave me autolite 25 spark plugs. The ones in the engine are autolite 45. All the information I can find does not list a 45 for any 460.How do I find out what engine and heads I really have. Engine only has 40,000 miles on it. Runs good but uses alot of gas. I have been setting the timing with the 83 460 specs from the parts store. May not be right. Sorry I posted this in the wrong area.
