1985 f-150 fuel problems

1985 f-150 fuel problems
My 1985 f-150 will only run for a few seconds after starting. I have replaced both fuel pumps, eec relay, fuel pump relay, and the computer control module. It powers the pumps will starting but when the key is released the power to the pumps stop. The in tank fuel pump was locked up but I am not sure if this caused all of these problems.
