I've got the rail caps on mine too - I'm guessing they're standard at least on the XLT models and up. They were on every model I looked at anyway. Don't know specifically what you're looking for, but Truxedo makes a model (the TruxedoPlus) that has a toneau cover with a small, built-in, lockable toolbox. I couldn't find a dealer here in town that had it in stock to look at and have no idea what the build quality is, but the possibility of having both the cover and the box and having them easily removable was appealing.

I've got the same one as MO2002F250 and it ran me about $1000 installed. Installation did not look that tough I just did'nt feel like doing it. It comes of real easy. Just loosen 6 clamps with a 9/16 ratchet and two people can just walk it right off. It's so easy to take off and put back on that anytime I've got a big load to haul I just take it off. About a 5 min. job to take off.
