Testing the Wiper Control Module

I have replaced the Wiper motor, and the wiper switch assembly and still no wipers, Is there a way to test the WCM? This is on a 1992 F150 4x4. Or any other ideas on what the problem could be? Thanks...Cody

The answer is no you replace the module when all other tests pass. Usually when the module is bad you will have high speed but no low or intermitten. Get a copy of the testing procedures you can wire the motor up on the outside and see if will run. Make sure the switch is grounded. That is basically the tests.
