Jon, what a mess. I had to pour warm water around the door on my truck yesterday to get the door open so I could get inside to start it. It took forever to get the ice melted enough so the windows could be cleared. Good luck with the clean up.

I learned a trick from my old man for that, take some PAM cooking spray and spray it on a rag then wipe the door seals with it. You won't ever have to do the ol' warm water thing again.
Jon, no problem. Duane, the door seals weren't froze, it was the layer of ice on everything. Thanks for the tip though, cuz if I have problems with that I'll try it.
I thought about that after I posted (duh!!) I problly don't have to say this but put it on before the ice storm gets here, when I worked at Autozone people would come in before the storm and buy lock de-icer, and it never failed they would come back when the storm hit cuz they left the de-icer IN the car that they are froze out of lol.
