i keep getting the "this domain is temporarily unavailable" message too. i hope they didnt have another crash and lose the entire database again. did mustangsix post anything about site maintence in the last week? wasnt really paying that much attention the last few days, work keeps getting in the way.

Yeah, worrying me too. The last crash in nov of 2003 took an awful lot of good threads and made them unsearchable -- which made them pretty much useless. Worse than that would be that someone deciding it was taking too much time or money to keep it going and just pulled the plug.
Best case scenario is that there was a decision to change hosts and it didn't go quite as smoothly as planned.

ya i noticed this myself. its been down since the new yr (yes i checked about 2 am on the 1st)...man i miss that place! hope everything is ok.

I didn't know about the 11/03 crash- I guess that's why I couldn't find the guy who made the performance dampers. Or any info on side and valve covers.
