OK, new year, new resolutions, I want to get back into working out. I used to follow the schedule from a website, but I can't find the link anymore. Do any of you use anything like that? If so will you post the link. Any other info would be greatly appreciated.
I used to read MuscleMag International. Great source for routines, tips & tricks, and inspiration. If you want gains that you can measure with a tape in a short time, check it out. Any books by Dr. Ellington Darden are also good, pretty hardcore though.
Its actually how I found this site!
Great message boards. Lots of regulars who know
what they are talking about regarding diets and workout
programs that work. Be sure to check out the transformations!
They are real and very inspiring!
Yes, I found that place after I started working out taking a women's college strength's class three years ago. Did this for health and weight reasons....now it is a lifestyle.
As Vankaye said a Great site for all who want to start, are experienced or coming back from a long layoff. Whether you are male or female.
The forums are great and the people there are very helpful. Lots of good articles on lifting routines and schedules too.
if you have a specific question- ask it on here. youre family here at FTE will be much more helpful than the meatheads on most weight lifting websites. they think its ok to tear someone down who is simply just asking a question, because they have nothing better to do.
i guess the only site i can advise you to, but i cant really remember the web adress... try searching for "power and bulk " .com maybe ? they have 60% good people on there that are helpful, but theres the 40% who are worthless.
The bodybuilding.com website looks like it has some great articles, and once I get back into the routine, I will make sure I ask any specific questions here.
Thanks,
