Electrical Ghost
Ok 2002 f-250 7.3 four door 4x4. The problems are powerdoor door locks dont work most of the time, headlights in the sentinal setting click on and off, courtesy lights inside truck sometimes come on when you open the door, radio use to turn off when you opened the door but now 10-15 minutes later. Im thinking its one of the relays in the fuse panel, but if anyone might have an idea i would be thankful. The confusing part is when the temp out side is cold everything works when the temp is warmer like today mid 60 low 70 it doesnt work. Also when the heater is run in cold temps and the cab temp gets hot the above problems happen. Its under warranty so im not worried but i would like to know in advance. Also the relay i think that is causeing above problems feels warmer than the others in the fuse box.

I guess I've got the same problem. On warm days my overhead light and door ajar light acts weird. It takes quite awhile for them to go out. Sometimes the overhead goes out but the door ajar stays lit. My truck is an early '99 xlt sc 4x4 sb. My isn't loaded with the sentinal and all, would it be the same vsm?
