See the loghts
My 1996 E350 has a strange problem.
Ever since the weather got cold -20 C my instrument lights are intermitent. With the light switch on the turn signal indicators both illuminate constantly and only the right side of the instruments (fuel, alt) and half of speedo light up. Every now and then the whole dash will come on fine then go out again. All indicators work fine except hard to read. Any ideas or does it just not like the cold (who does)

Sounds like bad contact in the holders or just bad bulbs. It's not a difficult thing to do, you just have to remove the entire trim ring around the dash, then unscrew the cluster, unplug the wiring harnesses and take it out.
