Need answers quick!!!
I need to find out why my 1994 Lincoln TC with a 4.6L engine dies while I am driving. It doesn't matter where I am driving [EX] up hills/down hills, flat surface, wet/dry, cold/warm, fast/slow. Without warning it just dies. I put it in [N] turn the key and it starts right up as if there wasn't anything wrong with it.

Maybe bad idle air control valve. That's pretty common.

Have you changed your fuel filter lately?Could be your problem.Have had the same symptoms in the past and was the fuel filter.

You might also have the computer scanned for codes. That may lead you in the right direction.
