What ride heights do you guys have going on your Effies? Say, from the ground to the tops of your wheel openings?
I clearly have pretty shot leafs fore and aft (they look like this -------, and it looks like I have a block-spacer sandwiched in the rear which I understand is a terrible way to lower the truck), but I am measuring 29" up front and 28" at the rear.
I am wondering what I'll end up with when I replace the leafs -- I imagine I might end up taller as they are so saggy...
What leaf set-ups are you running(# of leaves/reversed/etc...) and what are your ride heights like?
To compensate for different tires people might have, could you measure from the ground to the center of the end of the spindle (wheel center), and from the ground to the underside of the frame at the axle bumper? I would appreciate it. My '52 is likewise nearly flat on the front springs. I don't doubt for a minute that they'e sagged, but the stance is really quite nice.
My measurements are 12" to center of wheel, 16" to underside of frame.
