Oh - my aching back !!!!
For those that are "exercise" challenged like me !
(My work makes me sit on my posterior all day and can't get ANY exercise)
I got a new thing for Christmas that seems to help the old sore back...
Penny's has a Homemedic Shiatsu massaging cushion for $99 that so far has improved mine !!!
Can't tell u long term yet... because my backache comes and goes... but haven't had it since I put it in my office chair !
