Need Quick Axle ID Please

I've got a 90 F-250HD and need to ID the rear axle I know the gear ratio, I just need to know if it is a Sterling 10.25 or a Dana 60.

The codes on the axle tag are;
V124C
3.55.10.2 0c0.1

it's a 10.25......the "10.2" in the code you gave....actually says 10 25 you missed the 5 on it (probably not recognizable now).

Another way to tell the difference between a Dana axle and a 10.25" Ford axle when the tag is missing is to count the cover bolts. Diff cover on a Dana has 10 bolts. 10.25" has 12. Also, the 10.25" doesn't have a fill plug in the cover, the Dana does.
