Slide in campers
Can anyone recommend a slide in camper for a short bed 02 F250 4X4?
I want something light and basic.The Lance Lite 815 looks good so far from the brochures I have.I want to go on the beach mostly and a couple trips a year within 8 hours.Usually by myself,sometimes 1 other person.I'm new to this and am just starting my research,Thanks

Had A Real-lite In The Early 90's. Nice Slide In. Aluminum Bird Cage Frame, Figerglass Skin, Some Composition On Inside & Inside Covering. Nice Strong, Warm & Very Light Weight. Was Told Company Changed Names, Bankrupcy, Reorganization Etc. Expensive At The Time, But Wort It.

Slide in Camper
Look at the lance lite models, they have them for short box I think its the Lance lite 930 or something like that. Hope that helps

I have a 03 f250 4x4super duty short bed that I carry a Sun-Lite slide in
camper in. The camper is basic model with queen size bed, refridgerator,
stove, dinette, closet and porta potty. The camper is 8 feet long and has a dry weight of 1250 lbs. It's a 02 and cost new was $6500.00.

My 2003 f-250 super duty has asuper cab. The dealer added a rear anti- sway bar.
that along with the other components [heavy duty springs etc.] should complete
the camper package. If anyone else has a similar truck and camper I would be interested in any comments they may have.
