access to ecc test box
I just bought a scanner for my 94 explorer, 30 bucks, cheap. But I cannot get the cover off the eec test box attached to the power box. Any help would stop me from just ripping it off. Thanks

The EEC TEST Connector(s) have a cover over them that slides off and on, use a small screwdriver to help you with the clip holding the cover on. The connector(s) should look like this uncovered:
