Ok everybody, we currently have no leader, and if you all want to keep this chapter, we need to have one. Anybody interested in taking the reigns, please speak up! With no leader, the chapter will be closed. Ratsmoker stepped down, so now we have to find someone to fill the job.
"The Chapter Leader is responsible for seeking out new Chapter members on the FTE forums (we provide the tools for this), overseeing the organization of events, meetings and gatherings. Additionally, we encourage Chapter members to seek out new members at auto shows, fellow Ford owners in the work place and Ford truck owners you may encounter in your day-to-day life. You may even consider telling local dealerships or auto parts stores about your Chapter."
This was put up by the webmaster. Basically, organize and recruit, that is the major responsibility. There are times when it steps into some other territory, but that is the major focus.
I wouldn't mind but....... I have been out 2 months do to surgery.. and can not make all the events for the mo division with racing and such during the summer...
Come on guys, this is no joke, we have to get a leader in here, or you won't be posting in here anymore until we do! I guess in the event that it does get shut down, we'll all have to go to the Kansas , Illinois, or Iowa chapters. The 15th is coming up pretty fast, and there has been no real interest in keeping it going. If we can't get on it, you'll find out that it isn't going to just still be here.
well, at the moment, i'm not sure... usually you click the link below the forum button, saying join chapter, and then the leader approves it, there is nothing required to be approved, just a formality of the program software. you could go a head and click it, and sign up. That's it. and then get in here and participate in the discussions and such...
