Chapter Leader

This chapter needs to elect a chapter leader soon. FTE is ramping up chapter features and it requires that the chapters have a leader. Thanks...

I'm new this fall to this site.
Where do we read on the duty's of a chapter leader and what is their function and criteria they need to meet.
I'm hoping for our area to try and get a show and shine in 2005. Been talking with fomoko1 about this. Without a leader can we put on such a function or not. We need to know the dos and don't for a show and shine and the leader would be needed.
Where do we look at the guide lines?

I read a bit now on what a chapter leader has to do in the Chapter leader forum.
I still have a question. Does the leader have to be a supporter. Which is something I looking at doing.
I checked how many persons in Sk. have registered, which is just over 300, but I noticed that the majority do not seem to be that active with FTE. , but probally could get interest going.
I would be willing to learn the duties of a chapter leader, but as a novice at this sort of stuff. I'm not sure what I would have to do and with several things going on my agenda this year it would be difficult( Like my Wedding)
I will check more out of this site about what the chapters have to do and not do. Any help from you moderators and web masters would be helpful.

Okay Ken and Dennis we have a leader all lined up We just need you to set the criteria
do you want a old guy like me who's been on the board since Dec 01 ( and reads everyday) or do you want a young buck ( preferred by me ) That is getting married this year OMG I thought every one on this board was smart. We don't want this to fail because of lack of hands.

P.S. all tongue in cheek 66gpw I've been married for 33 years and still taking orders.
also why should you be happy (unMarried)

Do a Nomination thread for 48 hrs to collect names to run in an election

Close it after that time.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Now do an election (in Poll form) for 48 hrs.
Let me know who the winner is.
Hi Chance, how have you been ?
Did you spend some time in Alberta this past year ?
You have my vote Paul, you have a nice shop to meet in and an understanding wife. Did I mention coffee and donuts? At every meeting?
