chapter leader gig

I'm not sure what happened with this chapter leader thing, but the administrators need to recognize we have active members in our chapter, and no CL!!!!!!

I've been waiting 3+ months now for this to clear, whats the deal?

Well, I'd like to get us to do some stuff, but even being poor wont stop me for that.
Just the ability to inact anything is kinda sad.

Oh, I guess I am CL, but I don't have the CL tittle in forums, so I cannot approve new members.

I don't want to start anything though till I'm 100% positive on the position though.

Well the vote was in. And you won. SO why not just go and do things and be just like an unofficial chapter leader. I don't think anyone would object. CORRECT GUYS!

New member...

Not sure if this is the right way to get started, but here goes. I'm from Livonia, Mi. Worked for Ford Motor for 37 years, almost all of it in the Rouge Complex in Dearborn as an electrician. Looking for help / direction with Ford Escape and F250 repairs, general info, experiences of other owners, etc. from people who own and enjoy working on their vehicles. Have done most work on my own vehicles in the past. Just standard stuff using shop manuals as a guide. Would like to get to know my trucks beter and hope this is the right place to start. If this is the wrong place, let me know. Otherwise, how do I join the Mi. chapter? What's involved? How do I use this site?

You have found the best site for help with your vehicles. What you'll need to do is go to user CP and check the forums you with to see or be on. These are vehicle specific like -for example: 93 f250 diesel - i would subscribe to the diesel idi pre powerstoke area. I am signed up for many areas of interest. There are no maximums for what you can be on.

Enjoy and welcome to the boards
