I found this on ebay:

Does anyone know or happen to have a set of these original seat buttons shown in this picture?? Thanks.

Yeah, thats the same seat I wanted to put in my 68 Ranger.

I have these buttons and they are in decent shape, I am still using the seat, though. I am sure you could find them at any well stocked salvage yard.
