No but I have put them in lots of other trucks. Do you have air brakes or a compressor already? What exactly are you wanting to know?
basically I have leaf springs in the front and air bags in the bag so yes I have a compressor onboard. I wanted to see how I could make it somewhat smoother ride. It's a 650 pickup and it never has weight in it and is bumpy which is fine but wanted to know if and how to add air ride seats
My 94 F-800 has factory air seats, most likely would only came in a truck with air brakes but you can check with a big truck dealer for the seats, finding some that match your interior may be an issue.
Some of my experiences
1: I have a Bostrom level from the manufacturers rep. in about 1985. It is about a foot long with two bubbles and their name on it. The base should be level in both directions, make it so.
2: From driving a single axle S-model, spring ride and bob tailing back after dropping a trailer. Do not get a low back seat.
3: Like the seat travel to be at about 80-90% toward top where I like to ride. I am 6' but different strokes for different folks. Some air seats only raise rear of cushion and I do not like them. Need to measure pedestal base to steering wheel and compare to seat height. There are some low pedestal seats for buses and such, just not as common.
4: Seats are not always directly behind the steering wheel. May want to put the seat where you like to sit on the bench. Might be to far away from the door arm rest you like or the seat may have it's own and have to be moved over.
5: Lots of options: 1, 2, or no arm rests. Mechanical, air, or no lumbar. Head rests, heat, etc. Some trucks have a bar across the back window to keep the seat back from knocking it out.
6: Looked at a brand X custom 4500. It's air seats look special made due to it's odd mounting pedestal. It also air ride added to the back of the cab for a better ride.
7: Did not catch what year your truck is. If it is fairly new Truck Customs by Chris might be able to help you out if you cannot work it out yourself. Just saying if anyone has custom seats for a late model 650 he would.

thank you veryan@ryandeming.com much for all your helpful insight tenwheeler. It's a 2000 f650 pickup and it's new for me. Not trying to be flashy or anything just a nice pickup with a nice ride. Thank you again
You are welcome but please over look the leveling both directions. I thank that's just side because there are adjustments for front to rear.
If you run light all the time lower air pressures may help. Used to see charts for that but not so much so after the Firestone Ford whose at fault deal.
