COP questions
Looking at this board looks like problems with the COPs are fairly common.
Some questions;
Are certain cylinders are more prone to this than other cylinders?
Now that two COPs have died on this engine, what is the likelyhood that others will die in the future??
Are there any preventative measures to prevent this from happening in the future??
Any better more durable parts to install next time??
Sounds from other posts like changing the COP on cylinders 4 and 8 are a pain, how bad are the others to change at home?

It seems that #4 is the biggest offender due to possible anitfreeze and it is shrouded by the firewall and such and gets hotter than the rest of them.
You may never have another one fail. So far, all of mine are original.
Keep the engine dry and use some dielectric grease on the boots when you change them or the plugs.
