well i have a 2001 f150 no problems except when it isnt warmed up it kinda hesitates from time to time. i believe its from me taking the exaust off. any suggestions on this? and while im asking dumb questions what would the size of my exaust be? if you cant tell by now im no mechanic...

Welcome to the forum
I believe that the factory system was 2-1/2" Back to the muffler and 2-1/4" from the muffler back.
You might try cleaning the MAF and IAC. It may help the hesitation.
Check the READ FIRST threads for info on how to do this.

I have the same problem when the engine is cold, low idle sometimes it stalls when really cold. Already replaced the IAC and MAF seems to be good, still working on the problem.
