mods mods mods

Does anybody know of any cheap or free mods that can be done to my 4.6l? i would love to increase the throtle response and horsepower.but nothing extreme and costly keep it below $125 thanks

Is your truck completely stock? Are you wanting to do something quick and easy or do you have the tools and time to do something more involved?

Thats a pretty tight budget. Maybe look for used intake on e-bay and swap out the stock muffler.
