Waljon: I bought a 4x4 case(16L) for $78 after tax IIRC. With Esso, I don't get any kind of a discount, as I buy my fuel from Petro... I'm definatley not going to be changing the oil by Ford's specifications... Espically since I already have 3000 KM on it this month

can i run 5w30 syn all year round, i am supposed to run a lighter dino oil in the winter, but i thought maybe the 5w30 could be run all year, also my buddy runs syn in the winter but switches back to dino in the summer, is this good or bad??
