Dust Shields
I have looked for quite a while now at links and sites mentioned here. I can not find specific info on where to find these. I need:
Dust Shields, Front, Dana 44, Disc Brake, 1977 F-250 4x4 Highboy
I will probably also need the ?backing plate? for the rear on this truck, Dana 60
8 bolt axles, front & rear.
Can anyone point me in a specific direction?

I asked the same thing a while ago about the Dana 44 dust shields and the consensus was they're not available new but they're not necessary so I'll probably just run without them and keep looking for a pair at the swap meets.

From what I had read here, they were available, but extremely expensive. I need to try and contact some of the places that sell the conversion kits, to see if they have any sources.
Curious now, since this is a Dana 44 front axle. Are these shields unique to Ford, or could I look at the C**** word or others as a possible used source ?
Also, anyone here have any names of junkyards that are not in the rust belt. Maybe like Arizona ? They should have some of these trucks laying around.
