10.25" DRW/SRW width difference?

10.25" DRW/SRW width difference?
Does anyone know the difference in width, hub-face to hub-face, between an '87-'97 F350 10.25" Sterling single-wheel pickup axle and dual-wheel pickup axle (not chassis-cab)?

about 5 inches if I remember right

I was told the axle is the same width from backing plate to backing plate just the spring pads are narrower on the cab and chassis axle because the frame is 34"s wide.

I know I've seen bolt-on adapters to convert a sterling from SRW to DRW.
