I checked the codes you posted on that cool web site MIKE.L was talking about in an early post on this subject maybe the speed sensor looks like you didn,t do the self test the proper way thats some of the codes your truck is putting out you should check out that site its cool lots of info it is in one of the first couple of posts on this subject let us know how you made out.

hey just a chance I had a bad coil for nere a year it finaly went last week all the time the engine light was on and when the truck idled crazy the light flashed off and on when i replaced the coil the light went out test your coil just take an old plug pull one of the wires and put the plug in and ground it in a good place if its red or yellow replace the coil if its blue usly means the coil is good...... good luck
