95 f150 clutch problems
95 f150 clutch problems
i have a standard 95 f150 6 cylinder with an internal clutch is there any way of adjusting it when its slipping or is it done and have to be replaced thank you any info would be gratefully appreciated
The clutch is not adjustable its a hydro. clutch set up. It will need to be replaced, I would suggest having the flywheel turned when replacing the clutch the clutch in my truck was replaced before I bought it he didn't want to have it turned and I ended up having to do so after I bought it.

I have a 95 150 302 five speed. $1,300 CDN ($1,000 US) at the dealer to do the slave cylinder. Once the transmission is out you do the clutch and flywheel as I did. But it's all nice plastic! The Mazda transmission is a great (but probably light duty) transmission, but that clutch actuation design is a piece of junk.
