302 swap

Anything I should know before I swap a 302 from a 1974 Ford 150 and put it into my 1980 Ford 150 Ranger. The 74 has 70,000 original miles and runs great. I thought I might replace oil pump and oil pan gasket, but not sure what else I should be thinking about, or doing. Hurry !!!!!!!

well first off, what engine is in you' 80? tranny?
