Weiand Water Pump?

Morning folks!! Hey I have seen these Weiand pumps listed on eBay are they junk? will they bolt up proper on a 351M?...does it change the location of the thermostat and upper radiator hose routing?

Also while I am here, I need a new rear-sump pan, is there any interchange-compatability between the 351W, 351C, etc?

As always thank you
G Harrison

I have had a Weiand aluminum water pump for several years. They are well built. I have never had any problem. It is a direct replacement for a stock water pump.

You cannot use an oil pan from a 351W. I don't believe that the 351C ever had a rear sump oil pan. The rear sump oil pans were used on 4x4's. That limits them to 351M and 400 motors.

Yes, you can use a rear sump pan on a 351C. The only source is a 4x4 with a 351M or 400 motor.
