gas mileage
I have a 92 ford ranger with a 2.3 engine. I only getting around 15-17 mpg on the highway. plus it has no power what so ever on the highway. and when it's cold it takes a while for it to shift out of 1st gear. I have replaced the modulator valve,catalytic converter,muffler,tuned it up. if anyone has any suggestions please let me know
