help!!! Can't get my 223 started

Had to adjust the choke because my buddy who was workin' on it kinda messed things up...
Still a spark, still fuel, but it's not starting... I just about killed the battery after having it fully charged.

Try it again in the morning. (choke wide open) If you still have a spark and fuel try pulling a spark plug and see if it is wet with fuel. If it is wet with fuel it will not light it is like throwing water on a fire.(but with gas? weard but true) They are hard to dry it may take 6 months so try another set of plugs.
