Code 427 - Help Please

Code 427 -- Won't high idle.
Code 327 -- EGR low voltage code

What should I look to replace?

You should pick up a haynes manual, follow the steps to check the individual solenoid and sensors, you will need a multimeter. There are only a couple different things to check, not as overwhelming once you get in there and read more about it. A good place to start would be the evp sensor (connected to the egr valve).
