Performance Chips
Hey all! I've been reading on the different manufacturers web pages and everyone says they have the best performing chips. I am looking for more acceleration and a higher top end speed. Right now I have a 2000 Ranger 4x4 4.0L with a KKM True Rev induction and Borla Cat-back split rear exhaust. I have in my mind, awesome take-off and acceleration, but it seems after I've gotten up to about 45-50 mph, I dramatically lose acceleration. I am looking at adding a performance chip as the next step, but I really don't know if that is the solution. Does anyone have any input? Is there something else I should be looking at?
