Instructions please, I'm still in tiredness mode after driving down from NY and unloading the truck and trailer. When I hit "join chapter", it appears we are not a public user group. Thanks, George (after using DSL for the past 6 months dial-up really stinks)

Go to your user cp, look down towards the bottom of the left menu, and click on chapter memberships. It tells you what chapters your part of, and there is a list underneath with other chapters you can join. The Virginia chapter is listed under there. Just click join
