Hi all, I need some help finding some mud flaps. I am looking for real rubber mud flaps 16" wide, not splash guards. My dad has some on his 03 superduty and we made them, we got the rubber in a roll and cut them to fit, They look really good, but the company that we got them from dosnt make that style anymore. I need a plain sheets of rubber, nothing written on them, no design, and perferably no chord in it. I would like them to be maybe 1/4" thick. I'm having a hard time finding any and need your guy's input. Thanks in advance!
How about using an old or new rubber bed mat. Not sure if there are cords in this rubber. Also check at a truckstop. They have bigger flaps and maybe you can cut it down to your size.
I picked mine up at a Truck stop. They have different sizes. Made the frames out of 1 inch tubing. Mounted them using the holes on the frame which are even on both sides.

Sorry man, but I dont have any pics available. But once you get down behind the rear wheels you"ll see the holes. I used 3/8 thick by 1 inch long bolts and a couple of washers. The frames are (L) brackets, and the mud flaps are 14x16, and costed about $7.00 dollars each. Much cheaper than buying a kit. Also, at the truck stops thay got some cool logos that you can bolt to the mud flaps themselves. This kit costed aboout $20.00 ALL TOGETHER.
GOOD LUCK.
