Exclamation 2000 F250 PSD Missing & Dying

Recently my PSD has been missing slightly. Then it started missing severly and lost all power. Had it towed to Ford -- they said it was the batteries. Replaced them and it ran fine for about 1/2 hour. Turned truck off for about 15 minutes. When I started it back up it started missing slightly and then gradually (over the course of 2 - 4 miles) began missing severly and lost all power -- to the point it was unable to pull itself home. Now it won't start at all. Any thoughts, comments on what the problem could be?

Do you have any codes? Also does the tach move while crank? Smoke from the tailpipe? Charging system?

Exclamation

I haven't checked my fuel pump yet. The tach is not arching above 1 on crank (shouldn't it be between 2 & 3?). I do have a little blue/white smoke but it has been fairly cold here? I got two codes last night P0001? and P0470 which is exhaust pressure sensor malfunction I think. I can't find a P0001 -- the closest to it was P0010 which is the CPS right?

My tach has never moved at all when cranking, and it runs just fine. It does sound like you may need a cam sensor, though.

Yes, you should be able to hear the fuel pump for aboul 15 seconds after you turn the key on. Thats a great place to start, check your fuel pressure.
